Is there an easy way to convert a gas furnace to an electrical furnace?
Thanks in advance

Information technology is quite easy. You tear out the gas furnace in its entirety. Then y'all pay an electricial quite a bit of money to upgrade your service and install a very high-amp 220 circuit to the furnace location. Now y'all purchase a brand new electric air handler, and have the electrician hook it upward.
Sorry to be a flake brusque, but there would be no such affair as a "conversion"

In Israel's climate replacing a gas furnace with an air source heat pump (ductless or ducted) would be far preferable to a resistance-electrical furnace, since you'd also get the benefit of air-conditioning. The average efficiency of heat pumps will be quite loftier in heating mode in that climate too, EXREMELY efficient if you become a better version with continuously variable speed compressors/blowers, using only ~20% of the boilerplate power of a resistance-chemical element furnace. Most apartments & houses in Israel could be heated and cooled reasonably with a single ductless mini-split.

there are such a unit and it called a duct heater. you install a metallic sleve in you duct by supply and install duct heater, the right size wiring for rating of heater. stat for electric heat, because your stat is for gas. there is a drifferents. and that most it. code here say 12in earlier and after heater. we installed them all the time in geothermal units. but estrus pump would save yous ii/3 and perchance more to use.

A co worker of mine had an electrical plenum heater (i think that was the term)installed on his fuel oil furnace. In this expanse with electrical at .04 off peak per kwh he saved more than the cost of the upgrade in his 1st year. Now if your on natural gas I dont know if it would pay. Certainly if yous have fuel oil or propane it might exist worth a look.
